(IE) when two people are in the same area and in the same business and one get's rich while the orther remains poor , it shows that getting rich is not paramily a matter of enviroment. YES .

some enviroment may be more favourable than others, but when two people in the same busniess and in the same neighbohood and gets rich while the orther FAILS, it showes that getting (wealth) is a result of doing things in a certin way.
